Where can I correct or edit incorrectly stamped times?
Under the menu item “History” you can select the time stamp to be edited after selecting the appropriate day. Click on the “✏️” icon to change the start and end time and the pause of the selection or delete the time stamp.

How can I add or edit time entries?
Under the menu item “History”, after selecting the appropriate day, you can add and confirm a timestamp with start and end time using the “+” symbol on the timeline.

How can I add or edit breaks?
Under the menu item “History” you can select the timestamp to be edited after selecting the appropriate day. Click on the “✏️” symbol to add a break time stamp below the start and end time by selecting the “+” symbol.

How can I invite employees or colleagues?
Under the “Settings” menu item, after selecting “User management”, you can invite colleagues to your account by e-mail using the “+” in the top right-hand corner of your screen.

I can't start my timer and can't access the data from the statistics.
Please check your internet connection. Check whether there is a connection and whether it is stable. If this does not lead to a solution, please contact us.

My timer was stopped automatically. Why is that?
If a timer has been running for more than 24 hours, we will stop it for you. If you have forgotten to stop your timer or are still working, we ask you to manually add a timestamp for the appropriate period.

I work in different countries. How can I take the respective public holidays into account?
Public holidays can be added individually under the menu item “Settings” after selecting “Public holidays”.
First select the appropriate country and federal state to define your public holidays for the current year by ticking them.
If you are missing holidays in the list, you can select and add them by date using the “+” in the top right-hand corner of your screen. -
Where can I download my reports and summaries?
You can find summaries under the menu item “Statistics”. You can download reports for a working week under “Daily/weekly”. Under “Monthly/Yearly” you can download the reports for a month or the entire year.

Where can I find my previous clock-in times if I have been removed from a team?
Ideally, you should have downloaded your data before you were removed from the team. If this is not the case, you can only access your data by logging in and completing a membership yourself.

My report does not contain all the necessary data and is not detailed.
For a detailed overview of all clocking times and breaks, you must download the report in CSV/Excel format.
The PDF download is only a summary. -
How do I activate offline tracking on my Android phone?
To ensure that offline tracking works properly on your Android device, please go to the settings and select the menu item “Notifications”.
There it is necessary to allow access to the “Phone status”. A message will then appear asking whether EmTiRec should be authorized to make and manage calls. Please confirm this request.
MiZei will not start or manage calls. The authorization is necessary so that the app can decide to start the timer offline if the internet connection is poor, such as under EDGE.

How can I delete my account?
You can delete your account under the menu item “Account management”. Your data will then be stored by us for another 90 days and then permanently deleted.
This gives you the opportunity to reactivate your account as soon as you log in again.

You can download summaries under the menu item “Statistics” or select and view individual days under the menu item “History”.
